A Patio Heater Can Heat up Your Outdoor Party
Even if you live in a warm climate, such as southern California or Texas, you are likely going to want to add a patio heater to your outdoor furnishings. Also called the umbrella heater and the mushroom heater, the patio heater comes in a variety of styles and most are able to withstand mildly adverse weather; this means they can keep the party going even on cold evenings. Using liquefied petroleum gas or propane, they generate a radiant heat that can keep most outdoor areas toasty. Most heaters have a mushroom like top that reflects heat downward which otherwise would have been lost. There are some alternatives to this type of heater, including a chiminea, a portable fire pit, and fire columns.
